See the Old Sacramento Waterfront come to life with twinkling lights, a live dramatization of \u2019Twas the Night Before Christmas<\/em> and a special guest appearance from Jack Frost himself.<\/p>\n

Home to 15 wineries, Old Sugar Mill is hosting a month-long seasonal celebration every weekend with holiday shopping, live music, food trucks and outdoor wine tasting until December 19.<\/p>\n
